About Us

Dagiya (dah-kee-ya) is derived from the words chicken (닭 - dak) and the equivalent to darling (자기야 - jah-kee-ya) in Korean.

We are two Colorado locals born of Korean immigrants that wanted to bring a Korean chicken shop concept to the area. We created Dagiya to offer the community an authentic taste, without the premium, and with a laid back atmosphere, as one would find in Korea. Our aspiration is to bring a little piece of our culture and share it with the community.
